I reworked two watercolors today. One I finished, and it looks a lot better. It's a still life I did in a teacher's watercolor workshop at SCAD. It needed the darks and lights balanced out. The other is another tree root painting that I did 5 years ago and I've never been happy with it. I think I can save it. I already like it much better by adding some darks behind the lighter shapes. I came home and headed out to the Advocacy Arts opening and it was very nice.
This is an adventure for me, something I've always wanted to do: to be a real Artist! So I rented a studio, lets see how it goes.
