Friday we did a lot of driving and made several stops for art. First, I had to deliver my paintings to the Customs House Museum in Clarksville for my July Solo Show in the Peg Harvill Gallery. Then to Nashville to deliver a piece to the Tennessee Art League for that show. We had some time to kill so we went by Centennial Park in Nashville and I took a photo of the Parthenon to share with you. Forward on to the "Frist Center for the Arts" for the opening of "Real Surreal" and the show is fantastic. Everyone needs to see this show whether you love art or not, you will find it so interesting. It will make you wonder! Then we headed out to "The Distillery" to pick up my artwork that has been on display there for the last 3 months. We finished there and went to eat at "BAJA BURRITO" and it was SOOOOO GOOOOOOD! Another great day in Tennessee.
This is an adventure for me, something I've always wanted to do: to be a real Artist! So I rented a studio, lets see how it goes.
